History

Orion Appraisals is a commercial, industrial, and
residential real estate appraisal company established in 1993 by
Ted Krammer, who in January 2007 formed a partnership
with Patrick and Joseph Sullivan. With this partnership,
Pat brings a staff of experienced residential appraisers
to the existing commercial division managed by Ted and
Joe.

Orion provides commercial/industrial, residential,
and machinery & equipment appraisal services for over
400 local and national lenders. In addition to the
lender base, we provide appraisal service for attorneys,
accountants, individuals, and government entities such
as the Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota
Department of Transportation as well as City and County
agencies.

federal regulations including, USPAP, FIRREA, Fannie

All senior appraisers have earned the designation of
MAI, MSA, ASA, Certified General, or Certified
Residential Real Property Appraiser. We currently hold
licensure in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
